Sometimes, with all the problems, hardship and stress we experience every day, it might be a little difficult for us to find anything to be happy about. Our minds are very good at sorting out every bad thing that happened during the day, like how you couldn’t pass that Math test, or how unattractive you think you are, or how unintelligent someone said you are, or how you couldn’t get that job you’ve always wanted.
